HELP HELP HELP Why does my Ansmann Virus (nitro car) cut out when i brake?
I have just been out on my petrol car and i have recently fixed it because the plastic diff had been eaten away by the metal diff i have had all new parts put on to it and it runs so nice im well and truly addicted to it but when i brake my car stops and cuts out i want to get more out of it and start taking it racing near my local rc car track but i need to no how to fix this please HELP. thanks
yeah beckys right you want to check the gap doent close right up when u brake. looking down tru carb(air filter off)make sure when brake is on the gap is 1mm

My other half has RC cars, he says it could be a couple of things. Tick over set too low, air filter blocked, engine low compression also there's a possibility of an upgrade of nitro mix.
Change the glow plug regularly even if it does work as it could be underperforming.

I have`nt got a clue what a Ansmann thingy is,but the main cause of a engine cutting out when braking is a air leak or a brake servo problem,(dragging in too much air into the manifold),could be the inline valve,or as Becky r stated,idle set too low could cause the problem.
