my rc car is not starting need help please?

i just bought a hyper 7
it has a mac 28 6p motor in it.
it is not pull start it has the electric drill kind of thing.
now im not a expert with these everytime i try and start it it makes a winding noise rather than the grunt from the exaust trying to start
every couple of secends it will make a small grunt from the exaust then it will just make the winding noise.

i am using the glo plug and yes there is petrol running through the pipes

any help would be much appreciated

first check to see the motors flywheel moves when spinning.if not the one way bearing on the back of the motor is not grabbing.'fuel left in car'.losen the glow plug and spin over use the ignitor to tighten plug while you spin over.'might be flooded'.find local hobbie shop most are willing to help.
