What is better a petrol rc car or a nitro rc car?
I want to see what one to get
It depends what you want. Nitro cars tend to be smaller (1/10th or 1/8th scale) compared to petrol cars. (1/5 or 1/6th). Nitro is alot more prevalent, and a whole lot cheaper to buy originally. You can buy a super-bargain-bucket nitro (I wouldn't, but you could) off ebay from under $200. Whereas petrol RC cars can cost upwards of $800, minimum. However, petrol cars are cheaper on fuel, and parts.
Nitro cars are temperamental. They take alot of looking after, and alot of patience. Less so than petrol.
Fewer clubs, if you intend on racing, run 1/5ths. Whereas most if not all run the nitro classes.
So /shrug. It really does depend on what you want from it.

I have to say petrol
It is easier to get and lasts longer
The cars tend to be cheaper, too.
Also a nitro car can have some thermal problems so be wary of that

nitro definitly! they go faster and if your in the cold a nitro would be easier to start because it warms up faster. and they break in faster. also they produce pretty smoke.
